Sherien Verchere, MD

Doctor Verchere is a Board certified Anesthesiologist with 20 years of experience in bioidentical hormonal replacement therapy and anesthesiology. Doctor Verchere completed her internship in internal medicine and residency in anesthesiology from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. She is a licensed physician in the state of Texas.

Doctor Verchere always looks for ways to find and treat the root cause of the disease rather than masking the health issue at hand. Many individuals under conventional treatment become further dysfunctional from the over-load of medications used for treating the complaints and not the root cause.
As a next step in her professional development for treating of TBI, Dr. Verchere went on for additional training, including a very special and unique course by Dr. Mark L. Gordon at Millennium Health Center in Encino, California. He has over 30 years of experience in treating these diseases and has written multiple books.
Our Practice
Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) is now recognized as a causative factor for hormonal deficiencies associated with personality changes based upon changes in the molecular chemistry of the brain. Psychological, physiological, and physical manifestations like depression, anxiety, mood swings, bouts of anger, memory loss, inability to concentrate, learning disabilities, sleep deprivation, increased risk for heart attacks, strokes, high blood pressure, diabetes, loss of libido, menstrual irregularities, pre-mature menopause, obesity, loss of lean body mass, muscular weakness, and a number of other medical conditions can all arise subsequent to head trauma.
